WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Unfortunately at this time, all sales are final.
The only exception is if an item arrives damaged and is not easily fixable. A replacement or refund will be issued depending on the item. Because each item is a handmade one of a kind item, sometimes it can not be recreated.
DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?
Yes, Magikal Makings offers Gift Cards. They are issued electronically and range from $10 to $200
DO YOU ACCEPT CUSTOM ORDERS?
Magikal Makings does accept custom orders on certain items. Please use the contact me page to send me a request and I will happily work with you to create your item as long as it is an item that can be customized.
